YOUR ORDER

We reserve the right to vary these terms at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.

1.The total price of the ordered goods including postage, packing and Value Added Tax (if applicable) shall be as set out in the on-line order that you place and in any related quote that we provide. All prices are shown in pounds Sterling and all payments must be in pounds Sterling.

  2.When you place your on-line order with us we will issue you with an order number and acknowledge your order by email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  3.A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we notify you by email that your order has been dispatched, whether or not you receive that email. We shall have no obligation to accept your order and in any event your order will not be accepted until we receive authorisation of your credit card payment or your payment has been cleared and we are satisfied that we are able to supply the ordered goods.

  4.You may cancel your order at any time before its status on the order status page is marked as "In Dispatch" or "Complete".

  5.Where you have chosen to pay by cheque or bank transfer and we do not receive your payment within 14 days we reserve the right to cancel your order.

DELIVERY

6.The ordered goods will be dispatched to the address entered by you on the on-line order which for security, if payment is made by credit card, must match your credit card billing address. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.

 7.Where your order is returned to us without having been delivered, and the failure to deliver is not due to an error on our part, we reserve the right to charge you for all carriage costs we have incurred.

  8.Risk of damage to, or loss of, ordered goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery.

WARRANTIES

9.We warrant that, at the time of delivery, the ordered goods will, subject as hereinafter provided, correspond with the description on this website and will be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994). All other warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  10.Any claim under paragraph 9 must be notified to us by email, fax or letter within a reasonable time from the date of delivery. If delivery is not refused, or you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect unless the goods were not of a satisfactory quality at the time of delivery.

  11.If you make a valid claim under paragraph 9, we shall replace or repair the goods in question free of charge or, at your option, refund in full your payment in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the goods in question having been returned to us within a reasonable time.

  12.Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage or misuse. We reserve the right to charge for repairs and shipping costs where goods are returned to us under warranty and they have been damaged or misused, or where they have not been adequately maintained including cleaning and descaling where applicable. 

RETURNS POLICY

13.We want you to be happy with the goods you have purchased from us. You may return any goods to us, except perishables, within 30 days of the date of delivery and we will make a full refund on such goods. All returned goods must be received by us unused and in undamaged condition together with all their original parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, and packaging as well as any associated gifts or promotional items. We will deduct the cost of any missing or damaged parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, packaging, gifts or promotional items from any refund. Where the goods are not defective or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned to us at your cost; should we need to arrange collection of the goods the cost of the collection will be deducted from any refund. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or order to help us deal with your return quickly.

  14.Where an entire order is returned we will also refund any delivery charge you paid up to the amount for our standard delivery (the lowest cost delivery option presented on the delivery information page for your postcode and for the value of the order you placed). This only applies to orders delivered to an address in the UK.

  15.When returning goods please ensure that the goods are properly packaged, insured, and that you obtain and retain proof of dispatch. We recommend that you use a delivery method that requires a signature. Risk of damage to, or loss of, goods being returned shall only pass to us at the time of delivery to us.

  16.Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

  17.This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. 

SECURITY & PRIVACY

18.We take all possible reasonable care to keep all your personal details, details of your orders and payment details secure.  We only deliver to the cardholders address.

 19.Your details, including any email addresses, are only used for processing your order. Your details are never given to a third party, other than for processing your payment and delivering your order, unless we are required to do so by law. We do not store any financial information after orders are made. All Credit/Debit  card payments are accepted by telephone and are placed onto a Paypal Merchant Terminal. Paypal direct payment can be made at checkout.

  20.We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

LIABILITY

21.Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under these terms, for any special, indirect or consequential damage is hereby limited and excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GENERAL

22.Any communication between us shall be by email, fax or letter to our current email address, fax number or postal address (as given on this website at the time of such communication) or the email address, fax number or postal address given in your order (or any new email, fax number or postal address which you may have notified to us).

  23.Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

  24.If any provision of these terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall, to the extent permitted by law not be affected thereby.

  25.The contract formed by our acceptance of your order shall be governed by the laws of England and we and you both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE IMPORTATION DUTY/TAX

 26. Payment of any Importation Tax or Customs duty is payable by the customer and it is advisable to check these costs with your own Countries Customs Regulations,  before you purchase any products from us. ( Non U.K. International Customers)
